This is a number one skin site, i love it. Slim is a cool guy and makes some very decent skins for clans and for personal use. If you would like him to make you one just ask nicely. Check it out at his site.

Another decent skin site, more for half-life in general, but none the less some good and some funny skins, i think there is even a homer simpson skin here.
