offensive tips!
Just use your medikit next to any enemy (you don't even have to face him) to infect him with a slow-killing disease that he will share with any friend he touches. More kills for no extra work.
If you know or are reasonably sure the other team doesn't have any medics at that time you should try and infect every enemy you can, even at the cost of your own life. The enemies will either die slowly, waste alot of time keeping their health up in re-supply, or kill themselves.
defensive tips!
Heal (and power-boost by healing past 100%) your defense, especially when an enemy assault is coming or underway. Listen for cries of "Medic!" and the flashing red crosses to find who needs healing.
A nice infection outbreak in the enemy base can throw off the supply of healthy offense, giving your defense a short break. Thats nice of ya.
